Refund policy

Digital Products Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital products once they have been accessed or downloaded.

Physical Products (Apparel, Tote Bags, Accessories) We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unworn, and in original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@deendopamine.com with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right immediately.

Processing Time Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
